At Jobst, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the return progress to our warehouse.
